Sr.Sales Manager – Food Aggregators
Responsibilities

Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting for different Online sales/aggregators/Ecommerce Portals.

Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve sales performance

Online promotions in SWIGGY, ZOMATO,UBEREATS, AMAZON, BIGBASKET etc.
-
Meet with KAM regularly to access the promotions and plans
-
Analysing the promotional and marketing activities and guiding sales and operational teams.
-
Work with internal team and management to come up with Strategic Roadmaps.

Managing Everyday Operations and Business as usual.
-
Responsible for Overall Accountability of P&L for the portfolio of different Service Providers.

Responsible for Order Management and Inflow of sales.
-
Customer Retention and Grievance Addressed.

Alliance Management - Building Strong Relationships with the Designated Brands
Requirements:

Strong Interpersonal skills.

Thoughtful, Creative, Presentable, Persistent, Flexible.

At least 5+ years’ experience in relevant industry (Online channel sales)

Experience managing marketing and operations teams

Experience developing and overseeing Different Ecommerce Portals

Strong marketing and tech background
-
Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC , Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels is a plus

MBA - Required
