Sr.Manager Sales 

(Food Aggregator Channel)

 Responsibilities

 

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting for different Online sales/aggregators/Ecommerce Portals.Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve sales performance

  • Online promotions in SWIGGY, ZOMATO,UBEREATS, AMAZON, BIGBASKET etc.

  • Meet with KAM regularly to access the promotions and plans

  • Analysing the promotional and marketing activities and guiding sales and operational teams.

  • Work with internal team and management to come up with Strategic Roadmaps.

  • Managing Everyday Operations and Business as usual.

  • Responsible for Overall Accountability of P&L for the portfolio of different Service Providers.

  • Responsible for Order Management and Inflow of sales.

  • Customer Retention and Grievance Addressed.

  • Alliance Management - Building Strong Relationships with the Designated Brands

Requirements:

 

  • Strong Interpersonal skills.

  • Thoughtful, Creative, Presentable, Persistent, Flexible.

  • At least 6+ years experience in relevant industry (Online channel sales)

  • Experience managing marketing and operations teams

  • Experience developing and overseeing Different Ecommerce Portals

  • Strong marketing and tech background

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC  , Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels is a plus

  • MBA - Required
