The SCM Manager will provide leadership for all purchasing, warehouse, logistics and shipping activities with an effort to control costs while also improving efficiency and accuracy in the management of inventory. The successful candidate will be a values-driven, results focused leader capable of successfully managing a small team and working with employees at all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:-

 

  1. Plan and built entire Supply Chain roadmap for Pan India operations including logistic management.

  2. Responsible for all Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain operation.

  3. Supervise staff including training, setting expectations and holding team member accountable, including progressive discipline

  4. Selection, development and assessment of staff

  5. Execute the business plan objectives by working proactively with a management team.  Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the material management operations

  6. Develop and communicate material management policies, procedures, and internal controls

  7. Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the material management activities

  8. Ensure that all transactions are kept current, recorded accurately, and processed efficiently.

  9. Ensure that all transactions are representative of the reality of the business and that any estimates are made with consistently applied, business-reasonable rationale.

 

 

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

  1. Minimum of 5-7 years experience

  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel

  3. Possess excellent communication skills both written and oral

  4. Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

  5. Strong administrative and organizational skills

  6. Possess successful leadership experience, including skills in coaching and training

  7. Ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage priorities

  8. Able to manage time effectively to ensure the timely and accurate completion of assigned projects
